Marketing & Social Media Executive 

Working closely with the Head of Marketing on the execution of Parlour X’s social media and marketing strategy including planning and executing highly engaging, innovative social media and digital content across all owned channels and amplifying brand awareness.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Planning and execution of social media and marketing strategy
  • Managing the end-to-end planning and execution of all content uploads for all Parlour X social and digital platforms including X-Files
  • Planning and executing social content shoots.
  • Managing image sourcing directly from suppliers, plus publications, relevant websites, and socials
  • Working closely with other members of the marketing team to plan and execute weekly eDMs on Klaviyo
  • Recommend new content requirements to engage new and existing audiences, tell the brand story, sell relevant categories in line with the marketing calendar, and contribute to socials follower growth and engagement.
  • Create graphic designed assets for all digital channels, including IG stories templates and reels
  • Manage ongoing relationships with Australian press/publications.
  • Manage the end-to-end process loaning of PX product for press and influencers. 
  • Influencer Management
  • Working with the Head of Marketing to brief influencers and content creators, to execute the marketing calendar plans, that align with trade focuses.
  • Liaising with brands for content and activation opportunities
  • Execution of marketing and social media activations, promotions, and trade initiatives. 
  • Working with the CRM and Sales team to organise clients/events and gifting throughout the year.
  • Management of organic and paid social assets.
  • Management of the Image Library that contains all organic and paid social assets

This role requires:

  • 3+ years’ experience within a similar marketing and/or social media-related role with demonstrable results
  • Extensive experience in creating highly engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
  • Strong visual eye
  • Highly organised
  • A strong understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world
  • A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
  • Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind

    Marketing & Digital Manager 

    Responsible for the development and execution of the brand’s overall marketing and digital strategy including creating, planning and executing highly engaging, marketing, digital, and social media content across all channels and amplifying brand awareness, leading to follower and data-base growth.

    Your key responsibilities will be:

    • Creation of the overall Marketing Calendar
    • Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy
    • Evaluate, Develop and oversee the digital and social media strategies.
    • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee all visual and communication messaging
    • Analyse data to evaluate the success of each marketing effort and create new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
    • Strategise and execute marketing strategies with the communications, marketing, and sales departments.
    • Oversee the marketing executive’s direction and execution of all content shoots.
    • Develop and manage the digital and paid strategies working closely with Parlour X’s digital agency.

    • Measure and report weekly performance metrics (acquisition, engagement, conversion) of all organic digital marketing and social media channels on a weekly basis, providing insights, understanding channel performance, and making recommendations.
    • Liaising with brands for content and activation opportunities

    This role requires:

    • 7+ years’ experience within a marketing digital-related role with demonstrable results
    • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

      You will work closely with the Director/Buyer Eva Galambos, to ensure smooth running of all aspects of the buying processes. You will liaise with suppliers and help maintain strong relationships. 

      Your key responsibilities will be:

      • Creating & managing the greater Seasonal Buying Document
      • Analyse and sales reporting for existing stock and re-orders
      • Planning all seasonal Buying Schedules per supplier’s market dates
      • Scheduling buying appointments & liaising with Eva
      • Creating and managing Purchase Orders via brand webtools
      • Managing Order Confirmations
      • Processing in-season re-orders
      • Overseeing Stock level management and liaising with the logistics manager
      • Ensuring shipment triggers; monitoring that the relevant team has regular updated shipment information
      • Creation of Style Reports
      • Conduit between Buying, Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce and Sales teams
      • Assist in the administration of tasks within the Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce and Sales departments. 

      This role requires:

      • 3+ years’ experience within an admin planning role
      • 2+ years’ experience in fashion retail sales
