Online Returns Policy: 

Parlour X is committed to meeting its obligations to provide customers with goods that are of acceptable quality and, when ordering from the Website, match the description and sample displayed on the Website.

For any Online purchase that is not Sale or Lifestyle Merchandise*, we offer the opportunity for you to obtain either a refund, or an exchange or credit note if you are not satisfied with the size/fit of your purchase made via electronic means, (i.e., via the Website), provided that the merchandise is returned to us and received by us in its original condition within the time frames set out below. Proof of purchase is required.  This offer does not include refund of delivery charges.

For all Sale Merchandise, we offer the opportunity for you to obtain an exchange or credit note if you are not satisfied with the size/fit of your purchase made via electronic means, (i.e., via the Website), provided that the merchandise is returned to us and received by us in its original condition within the time frames set out below. Proof of purchase is required. This offer does not include refund of delivery charges.

*Sale Merchandise includes product purchased using any promotional code other than a first purchase discount ie. CHLOE25, AUTUMN20, SINGLES DAY, CHLOE15, YSL15, BOTTEGA35, NEW20, FASHION20, MAISON30, SEASONCHANGE, EXCLUSIVE15, EASTERTREAT30, AX25, J20, J30, J50, J60, AUTUMN30 or PreSale Promotions. Product purchased in conjunction with Private pre-sale promotions is clarified as sale merchandise and will not be eligible for a refund.

* If the Sale Promotion code BOTTEGA35 is used on the purchase of product, this is classified as a final sale. The purchase will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund. 

"Change of mind" returns will not be granted across Book, Fragrance, Swimwear & Earring categories. 

(For clarity, we do not extend these offers to in-store purchases where the customer has had the opportunity to inspect and try on the merchandise before making the purchase.)

For refund: 

Received by Parlour X within 10 calendar days from the date the merchandise is deemed to have been delivered to your shipping address or taken to your local post office for collection. For international orders, the cost of shipping is not refunded if the order is returned. 

For exchange:

Received by Parlour X within 10 calendar days from the date the merchandise is deemed to have been delivered to your shipping address or taken to your local post office for collection.

A store credit may be offered by Parlour X in its sole discretion where an item has been returned for refund but reaches Parlour X slightly outside the stipulated timeframe. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.

If you would like to return or exchange your electronic purchase please notify us by email at shop@parlourx.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.

Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the merchandise is in new and unused condition with the designer garment tags attached in its original position, we will either dispatch a new item or arrange a refund. Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, which must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.

Please note that time is of the essence.  If the conditions stipulated by Parlour X are not met, including as to timeframes, Parlour X will have no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you.  You may arrange collection at your own expense.

Merchandise that is damaged, or soiled in transit to Parlour X will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy.

Parlour X strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail such as FASTWAY Couriers or Express Post or registered courier (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT), so your package can be tracked. Parlour X will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.

Afterpay:

For all Afterpay payments, Parlour X only provides a refund on one occasion per customer. After which time, only exchanges or credits are permitted for all new season and sale items. For Afterpay refunds, Parlour X withholds 4% of the purchase price of the item in fees & charges. 

Humm:

For all Humm payments, Parlour X only provides a refund on one occasion per customer. After which time, only exchanges or credits are permitted for all new season and sale items. For Humm refunds, Parlour X withholds 4.25% of the purchase price of the item in fees & charges.

Cryptocurrency payments:

For all Crypto and digital currency payments, Parlour X will not provide refunds, but rather offer exchanges or credit notes to the value of the order in Australian dollars.

To avoid incurring unnecessary expense, please remember that this offer of a return or exchange for unsatisfactory size/fit does not apply to Sale Merchandise.

Product Fault/ Repair Claims: 

We take great care in packaging all online orders and we examine all product before it leaves our Boutique to ensure the condition is perfect, however if you find an item faulty upon receiving it please notify us via email immediately at shop@parlourx.com.au. Please send through a brief description of the issue and supporting imagery and we will advise a solution.

If you have experienced an issue or fault with an item after use, please email us at shop@parlourx.com.au providing a brief description of the issue and send supporting imagery to showcase the concern/s, and we will respond advising next steps required. As a multi-brand retailer, Parlour X is unable to accept responsibility of any manufacturing faults however we work closely with Brands to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties*. Parlour X reserves the right to refuse any returned product if not previously authorised in writing.

*As an ambassador for the brands stocked at Parlour X, we will liaise between our clients and the brand to resolve all cases. Our aim is to resolve all cases with a positive outcome on behalf of our clients, however we must work within the guidelines provided by each individual brand.
*Please note that items which are damaged as a result of misuse, by accident or by normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
