Logistics Coordinator

This is an opportunity for an organised and analytical professional to play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure a seamless flow within our fashion business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Inventory management of stock on hand, and management of all incoming and outgoing stock
  • Managing stock levels via the Cin7 ERP Inventory management system
  • Updating stock spreadsheets
  • Accurate inventory and data records
  • Create detailed reports of all inventory transactions 
  • Manage physical stocktakes
  • Manage stockroom space 
  • Maintain incoming delivery procedures and process all incoming stock 
  • Maintain all stock returns 
  • Oversee online fulfilment processes 

This role requires:

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience in similar role within a warehousing/distribution/logistics environment
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Proficiency in ERP inventory management system, preferably cin7
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and Microsoft excel
  • Team management skills
