As publisher and editor of 10 magazine, and creative director-at-large of Vogue Australia – do you have a day to day rhythm?

I work all the time.

Let’s go back. Where did you grasp your learning of fashion?

The London College of Fashion.

What inspired you in your early years to move to Sydney?

Adventure and Vogue Australia.

From your tenures as editor-in-chief of Harper’s Bazaar and launching Grazia Australia, you’ve always embraced change. What has been the most memorable moment in your career?

Launching 10 and 10 MEN here and working with Sophia Neophitou and Rebecca Khoury.

Who has influenced you most in your career?

Women. I surround myself with strong women.

Which designers are you following locally?

Everyone.

Your favourite international designer?

Miuccia Prada.

Do you have a criteria in what makes a impactful designer or label?

Surprise.

What do you feel the future of the fashion industry holds for Australia?

Growth.

What advice would you give someone influenced by your career path?

Be passionate and work hard.

What challenges have you experienced in your career?

People who don’t get it.

How do you measure success?

A sense of achievement.

How do you feel about social media and how do you approach it in your life?

I love Snapchat, it’s ephemeral.

How do you feel about the future of the print versus digital?

It all works together.

What is your personal style philosophy?

Dress up, have fun.

Don’t wait.
