BALENCIAGA

This shot is taken inside the mainline showroom. Runway looks are always displayed in the centre of the space..
This is a combination of Parlour X selections from Comme mainline and Comme Comme… This season we saw a return of polka dots and stripes from Comme Comme – always a Parlour X favourite!
The Comme des Garcons PLAY showroom….
Here is a shot of Rebel in the Comme PLAY showroom trying on a PLAY polka-dotted cardigan that will arrive in time for Sydney winter 2014.
Next season, along with the extremely popular Comme des Garcons pouches, we will also be receiving a selection of Comme des Garcons Ipad cases and Laptop covers!
I took these shots myself at the Junya Watanabe show - we had such great seats!
Junya Watanabe brought back the Navajo-Nomad theme this season – he is always a trend-setter, expect to see this trend everywhere in the coming months! Fringed tees and jumpers and great overcoats from the runway made up some of my style selections for this season.
EK THONGPRASERT
This season EK Thongprasert has continued his fascination with art deco shapes and based his collection on the theme of "Metropolis".
Expect bright and bold colours mixed with metals and a variety of different coloured jewels.
ISABEL MARANT
The Isabel Marant appointment is another favourite of mine – working with the Isabel Marant agents for as long as I have meant that these appointments are also an opportunity to catch up with people who I have worked with for years!
Next season's must have shoes will most certainly include a pair of Isabel Marant's moccasin-style runway heels – I have ordered both of these fabulous styles.
KENZO
Kenzo is one of my favourite contemporary collections at the moment – this season's collection really spoke to me as it was inspired by ocean conservation – something which I feel really strongly for. Parlour X is ecologically-minded, we don't carry fur, and I appreciate the statement that Carole Lim and Humberto Leon have raised with their collection this season.
Style selections from the Kenzo appointment – you can see the fish and wave motif is prominent throughout the entire collection.
I always love seeing the great style that many of the Kenzo agents have in the showroom – I particularly liked these two girls' style.

MARY KATRANTZOU
Inside the Mary Katrantzou showroom in Paris – although Mary shows at London Fashion Week she always has a showroom set up in Paris.
This season Mary was inspired by shoes – from sneakers to Marie-Antoinette style heels - here I am with a "Brogue" inspired dress.
Parlour X style selections from Mary Katrantzou…
Mary is often in the showroom appointments meeting and greeting clients.
MAWI
Next season we will be receiving jewellery from French/English designer Mawi - this collection is full of brightly-coloured semi-precious stones and metals.
PETER PILOTTO
Peter Pilotto also always sets up a showroom in Paris during fashion week. The runway pieces this season were intricate in their detail – here is a shot of some pieces straight off the runway…
Some of Parlour X's style selections from Peter Pilotto…
One of the Peter Pilotto agent's cats decided to have a snooze on some samples!
