Founded by Australia-based, designer, Toni Maticevski, counts the United States as the brand’s second-largest market behind Australia. Maticevski’s RTW AW16 collection alludes to the designer’s overall twists and manipulations of sport and techno materials into rather ladylike and often dramatic silhouettes. Almost a mesh of up cycling spaghetti-strap dresses in cloud gray and a laser-cut, crinkly acetate poncho, the collection was showcases garments, which where, relatively classic in shape but defiantly anti-classic in the use of materials not normally associated with said shape.   Maticevski is known for the challenge of clients with every season, so too is his Autumn/Winter presentation. The collection now on sale at Parlour X is interesting and relies on vibes and feelings from the designer himself.  This fashion label has acquired a devoted IT girl following including Victoria Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow, Blake Lively, Katie Holmes, Brooklyn Decker, Sienna Miller, Hayden Pannettiere, Halle Berry, Rachel Bilson, to name a few.   Commencing the collection with a usual design and one which speaks volumes for the brand in turns of style, is the primal pant, a high wasted straight-legged pant featuring side splits and cropped to ankle length. In the colour way black, the primal pant have been coveted and spotted on the most stylish Fashion week show goers strolling the cobbled streets of Paris, Milan and London. Now on sale at Parlour X complete this look with the enslave wrap top. Adorn with a crew neck line, the Enslave top features a long tie and wrap with sleeves cut to short. Keep with an all black look or choice the white colour way to keep more of a monochrome style, which has been somewhat of a key this season and highly spotted on A-list stars such as Olivia Palermo and Gigi Hadid.   When it comes to those hash-tag trending style that are making there way all over social media, especially Instagram, the eminence panel skirt from Maticevski has to be one of the all time most liked. A ¾ length pencil skirt with side flaps and splits in an all black bonding is the ultimate in office work attire, not to mention with some killer heels!
